That something that could be nice to add, but I have a feeling that it wouldn't solve the main problem as the most stubborn would still use the warning feature to post this in front of your face, even with this new feature added ^^'
Thoughts on this idea?

As seen in my old thread me and other users are darn tired of seeing the 'warning' feature being abused and turned into, basically, a sort of TOS, where people just scream at you to not steal their ocs, rather than using the warning method as intended. However, the original suggestion of mine was not as widely accepted either, so I have come up with this idea instead.
Such actions are harmful to people who NEED these warnings because we can't turn them off or we risk hurting our mental health, but we often are forced to read through paragraphs of people shouting 'my ocs are original, dont touch them'.
my suggestion? create a TOS section similar to a warning system.
example: you could have, on your page, warnings about your story including themes such as physical abuse, AND in a different area include that people arent allowed to kin with your ocs.
This would NOT be like the warnings, which pop up on your browser no matter what. This could be a different widget added into profile coding, so that people could click on it at any time, or ignore it if theyre just looking through your profile like most people do. I go onto profiles to browse characters for sale, and, then, if i want to buy one, THEN i could read their TOS. users could also put little 'code words' into their TOS to ensure youve read it, as ive seen certain programmers do when people want to use their software.

Maybe it could be a pop up or section within the character's profile where you'd need to click "agree" before the profile content loads. Or before you can view images of the character.
^ Oh true, didn't consider forum games on that, maybe they could implement a word limit so it's not going to take up a page?
Otherwise just it's own section on the character's profile works too.
+1 maybe it can be a bar on top of whatever page it is so it isnt a popup and u dont have to click anything since ur already on the page, u just scroll down to see the page contents
i should clarify this now, to avoid any confusion:
This would not count to me unless there was a way to avoid it or click on it if you specifically wanted to see a users TOS.
This TOS would not under any form count as an online signature.
This feature can be pulled up and viewed at any time by any user unless they have been blocked.
