+1 I use dark mode too. I just like the theme and I think it looks better but dear god that warning is ugly. The color needs to be changed
A simple suggestion, I use dark theme because I easily get migraines from high contrast. So, when I click on a character and a User Content Warning pops up, this more often than not triggers a headache because of the blinding red color.
It would be really helpful to change that block to just gray (in Dark Theme) and white (in Light Theme) and with a big title (can be in red) saying "User Content Warning". Rest of the text can be the normal theme color (NOT red). This will improve accessibility of the site.

As a temporary fix, you can disable immediate warnings by doing the following:
>Settings >Display Settings >Scroll Down >Uncheck 'Show Profile Warnings'
That way, profile warnings appear like this (hovering on the square creates that text popup btw):
