I just wanted to suggest maybe some sort of rule or something for all the raffles I've been seeing?
Like, I don't mind seeing the raffles on the front under Popular characters if it's just "Like this character to enter!"
but it seems like people are just taking advantage of this by saying like "Fav this raffle character... and my 20+ other characters from this other folder to enter!" and so the popular page just gets spammed with characters people have to fav from that raffle and not like- characters that are faved because they are actually genuinely liked?
Like I said, personally, I don't mind seeing characters made for raffles on the front pages! It's nice and cute and people are having fun giving away characters! But the extra faving on other characters is just kinda,,, eh,,
+1, mostly because forcing that many characters into featured is borderline flooding.
I muted someone yesterday so their characters stopped appearing, and the very last character not owned by them moved up two whole rows. They had a dozen characters on the front page because of their "fav everyone" raffle rule. That's no longer borderline.
I honestly want them to be gone fully as they spam the entire feed :/ but this rule alone would also do... at least something. often there are like 10+ characters from the same user on the popular feed, which is quite unfair to many other people as well..
how about a raffle section in the forum? would be less bothering at least.
+1 Skykristal I agree, I these raffles being unfair, they flood the popular tab and it doesn't help other creators get their designs and creativity the recognition they need. Yeah, a raffle section in the forums would make things less messy at least and not flood the popular tabs as much as they are now (hopefully).
Or at least there should be a set rule when it comes to raffles?
The extra character favs from these raffles seem unnecessary, honestly. I'm fine with just faving a character or a few but faving all of a user's ocs or ones in certain folders? Sounds bad to me- Wouldn't these raffles that do those "fav all my characters" be considered as exploitative?

If not a rule at the very least the ability to filter out certain words from your feed. (eg. The ability to auto-hide any character with the word 'raffle' in its name or the phrase 'fav to enter')
I don't mind fave to enter by faving what is being raffled, but if we have to fave your WHOLE TOYHOUSE just to enter...It's getting out of hand. There really does need to be some rule added because people are abusing it at this point...It started out fun and now it's not so much. People are just abusing it for attention now.
+1 i feel like the popular characters page Just Isnt for popular characters anymore but like. near exclusively just fav 2 enter raffles. i feel like fav 2 enter raffles are good in concept but in execution, especially when they become a massive trend, it's becomes a big issue bc it's obstructing ppl from Actually using a part of the site as intended. additionally, like pepperly said, this is basically flooding and literally against th's rules
a forum section specifically for raffles would be interesting bc it would place it in its own little cordoned off section of the site which makes them far easier to access for ppl who run & participate in these raffles/giveaways without forcing anyone who wants to look at the popular characters section to go on a blocking spree just to clear up the popular characters page
+1 Is a shame that so many cool characters are pushed back to the 4th or 5th page because of fav baiting.

I've honestly taken to just muting users who've been doing this because I like to use the hot page to see if any new nice codes are around. Super frustrating to not be able to use it that way and having to basically soft block people to sorta get that function back.
