not sure if this is already a feature (i apologize if it is or if this has been suggested like a billion times already.) but i think having a page block for a featured bulletin of sorts on profiles would be neat. like the featured characters block but for bulletins specifically (but like, only for a singular one instead of swapping in and out multiple ones every time you visit the page). the latest bulletin block is helpful, yeah, but a part of me wishes i could also have a specific bulletin up too, like one with commission info. its a small thing but its been bugging me a lot lately fghdfgbh.
