It's a common issue because of rotating IPs amongst common ISPs (AT&T, Sprint, Comcast, etc) and expect to see it fairly often. IP blocking is a very weak tactic because of this issue.
Hey! I've been having a bug where comments on character profiles say users have IP blocked me; however, I can still access the person's profile and characters, as well as message them! And once I disconnect and reconnect to my data, I'm able to see their comment. Not sure what could be causing this, or whether anything can be done about it, but thought it would be worth reporting!
Also, it's only happened when I'm on my mobile data so far, if that helps narrow the cause down at all!

MAMAS_BOY Try resetting any mobile devices and flushing your DNS on your PCs. It should refresh your IPs and hopefully fix the issue
