Have you had your reports acknowledged by staff?
Pretty straightforward title I think, but my experience in this site when it comes to moderation is godawful.
Report a member for harassing you and accusing you of various serious crimes for no reason and with no proof (which is a crime in itself), and like 2 months later and several bumps and a DM to the Admin acc later no answer.
And that's just an example of several that are sitting in my support inbox. I was going to buy a yearly premium, but why would I give my money to a site that does not seem to take users seriously?
"Can't afford to hire staff" is not a valid excuse, you're charging users for a premium, and I've been in many sites that had volunteer moderators as well, it's just a matter of looking for people.
There are many users that harrass others, steal characters, slander, post bewares for stupid reasons (because someone else was kinning their kin like wtf), misuse the forums, are downright awful and rude for no reason and get away with it. If I had a different option I would not use this site at all no matter how much functionality it offers, but this is the only site of this kind I know of.
Edit: Maybe other users had a different experience, but mine has been worse than terrible, my first report was made over a year ago, and was never acknowledged. So, yes, that's my personal opinion and experience so far, and I'm not looking to start a fight, don't be rude.
