As it says on the tin. I can click on "Delete" but there doesn't appear to be anything in the actual box (that I assume is for confirmation of the action)?
This specifically regards deleting comments on images, haven't tried anything else like profile comments.

I tried to recreate this both on mobile and PC by commenting on a piece I uploaded and then trying to delete the comment. The delete button brought up the confirmation box no problem and the comment was able to be deleted easily.

I’m not sure if you’re deleting your own comments on images or other user’s comments, and your current platform could also be a reason (mobile or PC), those might possibly change things but I don’t know for certain. If you’d be willing, could you comment on this image post in my gallery below so I can see if the delete comment confirmation box breaks when deleting other user comments (this was the image I used to test)? Just type some random letters or something and post, it doesn’t need to be a specific comment or anything.

EDIT: I have a content warning on my profile so clicking the link the first time won’t bring up the image, you’d have to accept the content warning and either refresh or close and reopen the tab

Yeah, I'm trying to delete another user's comment - should have specified that to begin with.
Just posted a comment on that image, thank you for helping me troubleshoot :]

Also just tried your methodology (posting my own comment on an image and trying to delete it) and the dialogue box turned up.
Tried to delete the user's comment again, but the same issue occurred. I've tried this on an entirely different desktop too.

Worst comes to worst, I can just delete the image and reupload, but now I'm just intrigued. Such a weirdly specific bug.

Okay, so I went to try and delete the comment you posted and the confirmation box did not appear at all, so the comment cannot be deleted by me on both mobile and PC. The faded gray background still appeared and then disappeared when I tapped my screen/clicked my mouse again, so I’d assume you discovered a bug!

The only idea I can think of is asking the user who commented to delete their comment if you’re comfortable, though if the user isn’t active or you’re uncomfortable talking with said user you’d probably just have to delete and reupload unfortunately. You might also want to submit a help desk ticket to (hopefully) make the admin aware of that issue! The mod isn’t very consistent in terms of responding to tickets so you may get a response in a week or years.
