People were reporting the same thing in this thread. Seems to be a widespread bug, might have to do with a recent site update? I think some users have already filed tickets, but the more that come in, the sooner Sudo may see/get to fixing it.
On the home page, the number of random characters displayed seems to be broken. It also used to be only one missing character for me, but now it's two? This is happening on both chrome on pc and opera on ipad.
