isn't the favorite feature basically subscripting only to the oc?

I'd like a way to only subscribe to a single character, instead of the owner of the character! That way I'd be able to see updates on just that OC, especially helpful if it's a code or base collection.
This has already been suggested, but I saw the other thread had no poll & is a bit older.
I've made a similar thread here where I'd like to subscribe to just the person's art page.
pinkieglitterheart I'd say it's more like bookmarking the OC, since subscribing to a page would give you notifications to changes / uploads.
