[READ] To-Do List

Is there any way to update the blocking system so that when browsing or cleaning out inboxes you don't see things made by people you have blocked? I love going through people's characters or seeing the art they have but it makes my stomach turn to see certain people i have blocked pop up with art or designs they made. Something to add to a blocklist that filters out images credited to them via on-site username OR off-site URLs (or simply names, because i see a LOT of people trying to credit things by simply writing in the username instead of linking to the actual artist/designer' actual URL)

Hi there!! Sorry if this is a bit of a silly suggestion/bug/report/etc!
This is likely my fault - but while I was trying to sort permissions for some character images (in particular, I wanted to make it so that authorized users could see the full versions of images) I clicked "regenerate images". In hindsight I have absolutely no idea why I did this (it shouldn't have been necessary, right? Maybe there was reasoning there, no clue now LOL!) but it seemed to reset all of the thumbnails of the pictures back to the full images as opposed to the cropped ones!

I totally own up to it being a bit of a goof on my side there, but I had no idea it would reset all the thumbnails. Perhaps a little warning would be good beforehand? Thank you :D (Didn't think this needed its own thread but let me know if it does!)

just a quick suggestion- is it possible for a tagging system to be set up for worlds? id like to be able to categorize characters within worlds in a bit more of an intricate way than just folders, i.e. such and such is in the bird folder but has also been tagged with blue gang because theyre part of a gang that features characters from multiple folders.

although this may be VERY straining on the terms of your website, is there any way you can restore images thats been deleted? i'm not sure how to contact the person since i forgot who it was, and i really want to put that art back on my fursonas toyhouse :( i made a stupid mistake and accidentally deleted it, but if that ISN'T something you can do already ( or, help me in my specific case ) can you possibly make that happen?

I agree on adding that if there's a time limit on when you can restore the images. Maybe a day or few. Being able to restore things that are deleted from, for example, five months ago, will make the feature pointless.

Also, to anyone who is suggesting ideas here:

I'd suggest adding your idea to the Suggestions & Bugs board to see if others agree and if it's a well-liked idea, file a ticket with the idea since if I'm right, the site's admins and such don't check the board too much and the Suggestions & Bugs forum is more for fun. And I doubt they check here too?

  I´m still pretty new but have been working on getting some character profiles up so I´ve tried the link feature a lot... Sorry if this has already been suggested and I´m being redundant but maybe a concept map would be better? With a small avatar and name of the character, colored links to other characters you can label with the relationship type (lovers, rivals, etc.) and clicking on the character takes you to a broader description of their relationship. I'm really enjoying the site so far and appreciate such a webpage exists, thanks for the hard work! ;v;/
  

Maybe QoL suggestion? Pls make it so any notifications we turn on get emailed to us, instead of having to check the site numerous times a day when we're in the process of trading art or commissions and run the risk of missing a message that was sent hours ago :')

it'd be cool if literature submissions also had avatars shown in notifications, its easily overlooked otherwise!

i think it would help tons of people if there was a way to mass transfer characters! kind of like how you can mass select characters when you're reorganizing them? <3

Please for the love of <insert your deity or lack-thereof here>, allow us to override text size as a personal preference. There are people who post in the tiniest font size TH makes available and it is near impossible to read anything like that. Either that, or increase the minimum allowable font size to avoid this problem. Nobody needs to be able to write in size 8 font.

unsure if this has been suggested before or if it’s an issue already being looked into (i’m new to the site), but it’d be awesome if every image uploaded could automatically be square-cropped. it’s very time-consuming to have to re-crop every image i’ve ever uploaded if i change my watermark, not to mention hard on my wrist (i have carpal tunnel syndrome) ;;; and i don’t use the cropping function to be able to highlight a certain area of my illustrations, i just think the galleries look more organised and cohesive when every image is a uniform height and width. is it possible to do some sort of mass “width:1; height:1; background-position:cover;” with all thumbnails?
