It sounds like you have turned off the WYSIWYG Editor? Go to settings -> Display Settings and then just check the "WYSIWYG" so it displays the green checkmark. Make sure to click "Update Editor Settings". If that's not fixing it you should file a ticket.
Im not sure if this is where i should post this but.... My little box thats usually on top of your text bubble with all of the font/font color/ link and image adder is completely gone... Its been like this for making forums AND commenting. Even on mobil Anyone know why or how to fix????
