Specifically, "default character privacy" and "default character listing" on this page. When I change them and click update, the page updates accordingly and remembers my choice, but when I go to submit a new character both fields show public no matter what they're set to. I'm using Chrome if that matters, and hard refresh/restarting/turning off addons/updating didn't seem to help. "Default design tradeability" works fine.
I noticed this after realizing the two latest characters I'd uploaded were public, when I always had it set to unlisted, and I don't recall touching the settings between it working/breaking...
