Not sure where to post this because there's no Help/FAQ forum?? So I'm sorry if I put this in the wrong forum,, I'm also new to ToyHouse so I'm not sure if I'm meant to message a mod or something.
A few days ago I organised a payment with someone for 3 characters on here. They only sent a transfer to me for 2 of them. I have politely asked them if they could transfer the last character through and I've got 0 replies from them.
I'm a bit worried, as it was 1300 points and a few other things for the three of them. Is there anyway a mod on here could help me? Or is this my own issue?
