Go to "Tabs" which belong to "Manage Character" option of your characters "Control Panel" section of the sidebar and there you can add and manage Tabs. Also there you can find an explanation on different types of tabs too.
I see some people have images organized into 'headers' like 'full art' 'doodles ECT like this as well as characters seeming to have hidden images. How can I do that?

I would like to organize his images into tabs or seperate places so I have like a place for his icons, animations and art not featureing him but things associated with him. Is there a ways to do that?
You'll specifically want to create a sub-gallery type of tab to achieve what's done in that first link :)
