do you have a link to the codes/characters affected?
This has been happening on and off for... a bit now, and it's been frustrating me to no end. Every once and awhile, the html code I use for my character bios... just stop working. It's just TEXT. And it's been infuriating because no matter what I do, the code just.... stops displaying what it's supposed to. I tried toggling the WYSIWYG off and on, I tried it both on mobile and on my laptop to see if it was something with me being on mobile, I tried it on DIFFERENT characters.... and there's no difference.
My friend uses the exact same code I use, and he's NEVER had this issue of the code just... breaking. I am honestly at my wit's end on this. Is a simple bio code to fancy up my characters so hard to ask for? U g h . :///
I'd... appreciate any other suggestions, or if anyone's had the same issue... I'd like to know, if I'm not the only person with this frustration.

Ah, right. It's kinda.... all of them I've tried. But most affected ( and the priority for a bio rn) is this one:

Do you have WYSIWYG turned off for Character Profiles? That could be part of what's causing it.
When I put it into https://th.circlejourney.net/, it works perfectly fine. I would highly suggest turning WYSIWYG off. You can find it by going to Settings > Display Settings and clicking "Profile Text".

hey! i made a list of things to test out/ questions to try to narrow down what the problem might be :0 hopefully it's a setting issue, but if it's not, you can also file a ticket for help from staff
- you mentioned that you toggled back and forth between WYSIWYG, is it always toggled off (on profiles) or are you toggling it back and forth when editing/ inputting the code?
- when editing, is Enable Code Editor toggled on? (prob not the issue but it does help w/ editing codes in general lol)
- have you tried inputting the original code with your edited code (like, putting the original code on a line above your own code) and seeing what the result is?
- have you tried inputting a profile code that works in a profile that doesn't (ex. copying raleigh's code and pasting it in tanzanite's profile) to see the results? or just re-entering the original code?
- have you tried inputting a completely different code (as in someone else's code entirely) to see the results?
- when does the profile turn into text? is it randomly whenever you check back on the character, or is it when you're editing the code?
hooopefully these suggestions sorta help? i haven't seen this problem occur before so :'D

• As I'm restricted to mobile 95% of the time... ToyHouse is fickle. I toggle it on and off to edit, and it usually IS off when I'm done,,,
• Iiiii'm pretty sure I have it on? ^^;;
• Yep! Tried inputting Raleigh's, tried Tekoro's, who's basically got the same layout length as I'd been attempting... and tried inputting the blank slate code. No dice. ://
• Tried that, too, w/ a couple other codes I found while experimenting, that for everyone else I saw, had worked fine. Still broken,,,
• It's when I'm editing! Bc it's so hard to edit in mobile, I usually just edit the code in a doc, then copy paste the whole thing back into a bio. This time around again.... it decided to break all of a sudden, when Tanzanite's bio had JUST been fine. :////

Gosh, unfortunately not too much.... but again, I sincerely appreciate said suggestions! I'll try to see if my friend can get the code to work, by temp transferring Taz over so he can input the code, to test if its an issue sole-ly on MY end.... And honestly, I'll probably just have to file that ticket anyways, if all else fails..... <33
