No one can help you if you don't mention what you're on (android/iphone/etc) and what browser you're using (chrome/safari/ firefox/etc), but I have a feeling there hasn't been any updates to the site in a while, so my first recommendation is to restart your device and try again.
i use the mobile site on pink theme, android phone & google. 3 days ago my "choose file" button stopped working, now when i click on it it doesnt give me the popup to find images off my phone. bc of this i cant add pictures anywhere. any help?

Yea please try out a different browser. Firefox, opera etc. Additionally you could try clearing the cache of your chrome app. This sometimes solves issues as well.

Oh why not? Wdym with no access? Just go to the play store and download another one. You can also find app files (APKs) online if you have issues with the playstore or something.
