Uploading Issues

I've been trying to upload an image for one of my characters and it just isn't working. Every time I hit upload it takes everything out? Like basically undos it and just shows the upload screen again. Please help.

This is a common bug, what is happening is the image is too big (size limit is 4mb) but for whatever reason the error message isn't showing. Try making the image smaller/editing it down and that should fix it.

I tried resizing it and its still saying I can't upload it?
