could you possibly ask them abt it? if you cant sort it out w/ the artist in question then id suggest u just Accept it & move on

another question- artists who have blacklisted ppl, do you whitelist them after a while?
i guess i'm confused bc you have a blacklist as well! though you might handle it differently than someone else, it's usually safe to assume that respecting their wishes and avoiding them from hereon would be the best thing you could do, as much as it sucks.
i can't personally comment on getting blacklisted by someone i still want to own designs from, but i do have a blacklist of people who have broken my terms, and i am pretty staunch on never letting them own my designs again. there is one user on my blacklist who follows me still, and that's fine. so i suppose if this user that blacklisted you is still letting you follow, all you can prolly do is just enjoy the art and characters you see （*゜ー゜*）
