Can’t Create Character

I’m trying to put up another character but every time I finish it loads and then everything is gone. The character isn’t on my profile either. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

Have you uploaded an image with the character? (extra image or avatar) . if so then the size of the image is most likely too big so it doesn´t upload and everything is blank again. There used to be a red note saying "image too big" but it vanished (or it was never there?? But I think I can remember that I go it back then) a long time ago for some reason, which makes it unclear whats wrong.
