I really don't want to have to reupload her for numerous reasons so if anyone can give me some insight as to what to do, I'd greatly appreciate it!
Try removing the all of the profile content (i.e. text) so that the profile section part is empty (you can copy-paste it somewhere else for the time being). Save the profile and then try to move folders/ delete tags.
The error you're getting usually only happens when there's something in the profile section that's typically blocked from TH
