You can request a starter here. In order to do so, please list your EvoCrit username. If you have not already obtained a starter, you will be given a random Rank 0 Twilight Child and a random ARPG item.

Not sure what a starter is but I do have several TCMB freebies already, one already made!

Sorry for the late reply.

A Starter is specifically Rank 0 and comes with an item for Transformation - but through the ARPG, they can be customized a little bit.
