Premade Directory

I see people ask for certain kinds of layouts all the time, and while there was a directory awhile back, I don't think its active anymore?? or at least I couldn't find it! ;;
So I figured I'd make this. My apologies if the directory was like right in front of my eyes, rip.
As a note, this is not the place to ask questions regarding coding. I cannot help you in any way, shape, or form. Sorry!

Terms used and their meanings:
Mix - Means there are both free layouts and paid layouts within the persons topic.
Lil' bit of both - Means there are both HTML and CSS- based layouts within the persons topic.


You may be wondering.....what's the difference between HTML and CSS? CSS can only be used by premium members. HTML can be used by all.
