Should technically only be available to premium users but it's up for everyone until I've ironed out bugs
- added little character relationship links icon underneath characters in your gallery, also made them links to make life easier
- also added in some super basic anti-spam stuff to the forms but no flood detection yet, i don't think that'll be necessary for awhile...
maybe I should make an announcements forum instead of using this one
