Long hair, ofc, differs based on who you ask, but I would generally say that anything shoulder length or lower is considered long ;>
You have made me realise that my male OCs have longer hair on average than my female ones (the ladies tend to have a tight updo or short hair).

Liaoyue here has the longest flowing hair among my OC bunch. His younger brother, Luoyang has long hair too.
