maybe something that can have a childish nickname, but has a full form too! like tommy/thomas, willy/william, andy/andrew, alfy/alfred, matty/matthew.. or in unrelated ones, maybe keith, alfred, max!
@chosenundead demetrius came to mind first!! or something else with a D, like damien. not super elven, but still has an older feel to it in my opinion
