Amy would for sure be Brazilian.
Arty maybe from Spain, not too sure, maybe he's also Brazilian.
Maga and Sasha would be Japanese.
Xeno should be from Ukraine cause ze reminds me of the cat of an Ukrainian person I know.
And I think Sunflower would either also be from Ukraine or be from somewhere at South America, maybe Colombia.
I feel like Orland and Ernest could be South Korean or Indian.
I think Maron should be Canadian.
Meatball would likely be Indonesian
Juno sounds like she had Asian or Brazilian strict parents to be honest. Also she feel like she just doesn't really belong within the place she resides, so I think she'd be a immigrant who just never adapted well. I mean, by that most of the characters from this story would be immigrants, but ye, back to topic, I know just "Asia" doesn't say much, so uhh, I don't think it'd be anywhere west from India nor Mongolia, Nepal, Butan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand or North Korea. There's still a lot of options, but for now that's the best I can do, sorry.
Gama feels like she could be from anywhere in the world, so IDK, maybe she just grew up traveling a lot... That or she was a theater kid... Probably both actually

Snowflake is from a small town on the East Coast of the United States! 

Jacques is canonically from Generica, which is essentially 1960s America. But specifically, I imagine he is from the New England region. I have another OC from "Alternaustralia." Pretty obvious where he'd be from.

Ranford and Splotch (putting them together bc they're brothers) would be American

In my lore, these two gals, Charlotte and Sylvania, come from a place called Calambiv Island. Which is my own original PMD counterpart to Akala Island from Pokémon Sun and Moon. Which is also a counterpart to the real island of Maui in Hawaii. So I hope that answers your question lol. (^_^)
