...probably because of all the horror stories she'd found out about of people being unable to open pickle jars. she didn't just ask izzy to do it for her because she was busy w/ her part time job. so luna kinda just... left it, unopened, for hours because she didn't know what else to do. ...why am i writing so much about why luna would regret not trying to open a pickle jar sooner
