I feel you on developing characters though, anthros/ferals can always be difficult to work with because it's hard to put them into a world. I'm having the exact same problem with my dutch angel dragon though I love her design to the ends of the earth :(

Haha, yep xD It's really amusing to compare them too. And exactly, that's the reason for the dragon on his shirt :D I just had to add something in!
That reminded me that I actually have 2 other ocs that are based on my dragons, but they don't have real designs yet... Sheesh, why do FR dragons just give so much inspiration? xDD

Regarding Mykia - So far I only know what I want facial-feature wise, but I honestly have to do more research and look up some outfits to get an idea of how I want her to look! She's supposed to be a diplomat and there's so many directions I could go with that outfit-wise! I don't think I want to go for something too fancy though, and it'll probably veer on the fantasy side because I love to design fantasy-themed things. It'll probably take me some time too because I want to make sure that I am absolutely happy with the design before I do anything. She's actually a dragon that was bred from Undel's lair if you take a peek at her bio which is very strong reason for why I want to turn her into an OC and make sure the design will stay to my liking. c:
And oo, you have more? Man you have made much more progress at turning dragons into OCs than I have, I'm impressed xD
I guess for FR dragons though it's just so easy to get super attached and give them a personality and before you know it you accidentally have an OC. Oops!
Some artists on the site too make amazing gijinka/humanization designs which ends up being extra incentive if you ask me. ^_^

Keld sounds like such a sweetheart and the design really compliments that imo?? I also the backstory to do with him dealing dark magic, because it leaves him with interesting impacts on his character (is actually more mature than he seems, can't become a dragon like his mom w/o a dragonstone which presumably leaves some impact on his character, considering his deep love for his mother, etc.) His gallery is also so gorgeous! (the one of him hugging cerys makes me cry a little inside).
I mentioned this to Dolce when they showed Cerys off in the thread earlier but I think it still applies here - I think the thing that blows me away the most is how detailed and well-thought out the backstory, stats, etc is? It really feels like he can fit canonically in the world of the Binding Blade and I feel that's a very difficult thing to achieve with fan OCs!
I liked reading this one though because it was interesting to see how their respective backstories connected! Thank you so much for sharing this gem :D

I love Tadiof's markings/tattoos? I feel like they also compliment the time powers she has - for some reason they give me that archaic vibe.

Ahhh thank you so much for the compliments and the fave on my little boy ;v; <3 ! It really means a lot, especially since I try to make my characters fit into the Fire Emblem universe as much as possible without disrupting its canon storylines, and I think it's awesome that you actually read the profiles (especially since his is a lot of text!) and noticed the character connection to Cerys! (also, that pic is my fave of his! I blame Dolce for having the idea for that one bc it hits the feels every time)

She's so lovely??? I love the red used in her colour scheme! It really stands out in contrast to the rest of the design and it's just the right shade - not too strong and not too mellow. The lore about her being in the circus is interesting too, I can't imagine that would be much fun for her being treated as an animal, though. Still, I like the idea because of the potential for character development? And it's just such an interesting idea!
I also gave Nux a favourite because I like the aesthetic of his design? plus his art is really cool *u*
