I always headcanon'd that the prince's voice actor is Hikaru Midorikawa, who is Marth's VA. (I'll just post a link to L!Marth (FEH)'s quotes page, since I'm too lazy to link a sound clip)
I imagine that Christines voice is like Marilyn Monroe but with a british accent. Likely because I think their mouths look similar, so there's this subconcious link between how they'd sound.
She's never received training in singing though, so even if the pitch of the voice is similar she couldn't hold a tune any better than an average person.
Okay so technically Artifex is me and her talking voice would probably sound like me, but she makes a lot of noises that I don't lol. I generally imagine her being able to make any noise, be that another dragon's roar, a camera shutter, or bird songs, but she has a fun set of sounds that quezalcoatls make naturally!
My sandburr dragons tend to male loud calls to locate pobmates at night, kinda like wolves or lions. Artifex's call is A sorta howl/hoot very similar to a barred owl's call.
She also has three vocal bones in her neck like the bone cats use to purr. Because she has more than one she can purr and roar at the same time, which sounds an awful lot like the velociraptors in Jurassic Park XD
