What the title says! I have an affinity for robotic characters: whether straight-up robots, cyborgs, or androids, I love them. Cartoony like Tom Servo from Mystery Science Theater 3000, or like Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell, I just like them robots...
I have a couple of robotic OCs myself. Eiji is a cyborg, his entire body prosthetic asides from his organic brain and spinal cord. He's based off of the Ghost in the Shell series by Shirow Masamune. Sphygmo is another fancharacter, based off of the Osmosis Jones series. They're actually a medication, just portrayed as a robot~

Machine is my sona and then there's Clock and Timebomb who both used to be regular humans before 'secret experiment that failed very horribly' cliche happened. Clock is now fully robotic except her brain and Timebomb's got several organs replaced with machinery as well as entire arm and part of her face.

I have this entire folder consists of armament-turn-humanoid-android style OCs (although Varyag who isn't in any subgroup in under debating whether he's an android as well since I think with the technology of his timeline (early 1900's) it was probably not possible to construct such android).
Because at first my inspiration to create this bunch of OCs is from the game Kancolle (which is warship-turn-human-girl), I'm still trying to define the boundary of my own OCs to push it away from the initial Kancolle-ish concept by making them more robotic. You can see what I have decided so far regarding their more robotic behavior in the FAQs linked in the folder's description.
I have a couple more in this world who are androids, and a lady with cybernetic enhancements on her body, but this guy is the only currently public one. He's an android who was thrown away because he stopped working correctly; his emotion chip fried and as such doesn't emote like the others. He was rescued from being tossed, with his rescuer planning on getting him refurbished and sold, but emotion chips are too much and wouldn't turn much of a profit, so he was kept as a live-in maid. He doesn't talk back, connects to the wi-fi and is basically like Siri or Google Assistant and the like, doesn't need to eat anything outside of being plugged in every night, and does chores efficiency without complaint. This leaves his new owner able to focus on his duties instead.

This is my bot 12! He's the twelfth model of robot built for some shady underground corporate warfare. Primarily designed as an assassin, his first and primary objective is to eliminate his rogue predecessors 10 and 11!
Then of course would be the good bot 11 who's inseparable from their counterpart 10! After multiple generations of androids failed, the organization behind their creation decided two androids capable of dependency and co-operation to avoid being overwhelmed. But after valuing their bond over their objective they defected and currently are on the run, trying to simply enjoy their lives. 8,)

I've got my boy Samuel here! He used to be a normal kid living in a dystopian future but he was accidentally killed so his father(who's a scientist) brought him back!

ADN for example, is a ship ai who was forced to downgrade into a tiny body, and go on a mission to recover their ship. He's pretty pleasant, and is incredibly helpful. Therapist friend.
Sev on the other hand is a robot who was basically a walking massacre, who through pretty morally doubtable means, was granted awareness, and kind of lives in fear of what he used to be. Very jumpy, and very glitchy.
Serin was a human mercenary, who through accepting a rigged contract, was killed, and repurposed to be a test dummy for a company's attempt to revolutionize cybernetic augmentation. In his universe, people were physically limited with how much tech they could have, as it would cause severe stress on the brain. The tech in Serin was designed to by pass that, but unfortunately it needed to be done under the radar, as altering someone's brain is pretty illegal.
303 is a warmech designed to take down Sev's line of robots, however when he gained sentience, he took on some... psychopathic personality traits. Unapologetic murderer who generally just wants to prove he's better than everyone else- obsessively.
Flero was previously an assassin unit, who was repurposed into a science partner/assistant by a group that was studying how genetic, and cybernetic augmentation could be used to help, and better humanity. Unfortunately after his creators died, he sort of blurred the line with what is helping. In short, he is very willing to kill and disect a person if he believes it could give him even a little bit of usable data.
Morgan (still a wip) is the daughter of a well established ceo in a cybernetics industry (the one Serin worked for), and she has sort of been raised into a very pampered life. Going as far as to get cybernetic arms for no reason other than "they looked fun"
Sasha is a civilian robot (which is actually a rarity amongst my cast.... huh...). Sweet girl, who lives in a very bad area, and is in essence trying to do everything she can to book a charter to the core systems. Ends up helping the crew out, and becoming an informant, in promise that she's be able to fly with ADN for awhile.

This is Sync! Sync is technically like a thousand separate ship AIs, but they're in a weird reverse hive mind sort of deal.
I also have TRI in the same storyverse (if he counts, he doesn't really have a body aside from whatever ship he's inhabiting at the moment), plus some more robots that I haven't gotten around to redrawing and uploading...
