Show me your robotic, cyborg, or android OCs!

What the title says! I have an affinity for robotic characters: whether straight-up robots, cyborgs, or androids, I love them.  Cartoony like Tom Servo from Mystery Science Theater 3000, or like Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell, I just like them robots... 

I have a couple of robotic OCs myself. Eiji is a cyborg, his entire body prosthetic asides from his organic brain and spinal cord. He's based off of the Ghost in the Shell series by Shirow Masamune. Sphygmo is another fancharacter, based off of the Osmosis Jones series. They're actually a medication, just portrayed as a robot~

thot sauce is a cyborg and idk if pastel counts as a cyborg but she has a prosthetic robot arm

Sterling is completely robotic aside from his brain. Contrary to his name, he isn't made of metal.

VR, Abott, and this guy are also cyborgs. Them and Sterling are part of a story that I'm trying to make, hence the similar designs.

Plasma belongs to the Destiny game but I gone a bid wild with his design instead of sticking the game appearance for their robot species.
