Show me your scars!

lots of my characters have scars, but kelion has the most obvious ones across his chest and left shoulder that were caused by his lusus... trying to eat him/attack him, i guess... they're bad large teeth wounds anyway! the wounds were healed up by a local magic using passerby (djenah) but they still left very large and somewhat ugly scarring

All of my fantasy and DnD characters have misc battle scars and clan markings, but none of them have anything 'remarkable'. Vincent has a scar on his right arm from when his abusive ex forcefully held his arm on a hot stove. He has covered that with a tattoo.

Genèse Zhuravlyov has a scar on his face from being burnt, Boldizár Meggyesfalvi has a scar along his face from an accident during his job. Kristoph Groz was tortured and treated badly while he was a slave, having scars all over his body. Juanita Felipe Espinosa has several scars all over his body from mixing with the wrong crowd all his life. There's probably more but those are the ones I can think of spontaneously.

I think I have an actual scar fetish in characters. 

The most notable scars of my "new" characters belong to Naiad, who's a synthetic-biological android of sorts and was pretty much brought "back to life" after apparently getting cleaved in half by something. Matlal has multiple sets of maquahuitl scars running across his body, from combat training. 

Most of the rest have accumulated scars over their respective roleplays.

Parable's got a set of jagged cave-crocodile toothmarks on her hip and upper thigh, from a time when one grabbed her from shallow water and dragged her under. She'd have died if not for the deus ex machina that was Asmund and his healing magic. Henry/Julia doesn't have an updated scar map, but s/he was a werewolf's chewtoy for a bit - deep clawmarks along hir chest, left arm's got toothmarks all over it, right arm's gone. Before s/he lost hir right arm it had the shape of a cross burnt into it's palm.

Oh, and Keevia deserves a special mention, from my edgy teenage days. Lost half a wing and one eye in an accident, as well as got half of his body covered in burn scars.

I have a lot of characters with scars but Jet's are definitely the most visible out of my currently uploaded ones! He was attacked by a girl who loved his eyes so much she wanted them for herself, and scratched Jet's face really badly in order to obtain the eyes. Luckily she was stopped in time and Jet miraculously regained his eyesight, but the wounds remained, got infected on some parts and then turned into long and deep scars. As a result of this other people started avoiding Jet and treat him differently, and most boys of his school legitimately think he is the son of a mafioso or something and got the scars in a gang fight or something along those lines. They fear and respect him based on the rumors, but feel too intimidated to speak or interact with him - which is a shame because Jet is honestly one of the sweetest and kindest guys around, and definitely the mum friend of his friend group ;;

I like to call him Scar Zebra

When I made this boyo, I wanted him to have scars but didn't know where to put them. SO I PUT THEM EVERYWHERE OH HO HO HO HO

Masumi has two smallish scars on his nose. They are based on a set of actual scars I have on my arm. I made him so many years ago.

My new girl here also has some rather obvious, extensive scarring. I'm still figuring out her story. If anyone has any good ideas, feel free to message me!

I like slapping scars on my men. I... probably am super attracted to them. >>;

Alexander here has probably the most; apart from his obvious one under his eye, he has several huge ones across his torso, two on his shoulder, one across his leg, and several on his wrist. They all have stories behind them, so they're all important to his development as a character.

Llylithen is another character whose scars have stories, though he doesn't have as many. He has three on his arm from a monster scratching him, and another large one across his torso... which was the attack that killed him.

Sam has a few scars herself; two from a Golbat, and one from a Persian. She loves Pokemon and has the scars to prove it. xD

I have other characters with a few scars here and there, but they're all products of battle or something they do on a regular basis, so they're not as important to their stories as the three I've listed here.

my homestuck fankid tyne has a big burn scar on his left side, i wrote a lot more detail about it in his bio!! i also have a fantroll keltai who has some burn scars, but they're nowhere near as deep + way smaller, mainly on her hands and arms. anasri has similar scars as a result, though in the timeline where she's the host they're a lot less severe than keltai's purely because she's more in control and doesn't share the same pyromaniac tendencies

cassandra has one over her right eye, it covers like 1/3 of her face + some on her back

ophelia has some nasty battle scars, a few on her face (which are the only ones not covered by her armour)

another fantroll rygala (anasri's dancestor) has scarring around her bionic eye, for obvious reasons

The shark bite scars on Shank's shoulder and arm are from his dad trying to eat him. ^^; He also has some tiny bite scars on one of his hands from nomming on his own hand to distract from teething pains during his childhood. Probably not the best idea, but he'd never describe himself as a smart person anyway. XP

Blodwen started only as a character for vent art and still kinda is. While it's not a permanent part of her design I often draw them anyway

Ellynor is a huge wip but might as well mention her too
