:D HAROLD <3 maybe not traditionally ugly in the way you're hoping... he's such a weird design but I love him. My rule for him is always "if you're trying to draw him, you're trying too hard, scribble with reckless abandon"

i have a few uglies, but i think my phayne takes the cake in my universe. when i attempt to commission art of phayne, i often dont hear back from the artist or they want to do another character instead haha, so its kinda hard to find people that like to draw the gnarly stuff. i personally love seeing less than pretty ocs when they're available!
its interesting, since i see so many wonderful ocs on this site, and so many of them are cool or beautiful or boss, or cute, but... where all them grotesque and ugly as sin characters at?

Piperine is not like, super ugly or anything but she's an acquired taste... I mean I really like how she looks, but she might be jarring to some! Her limbs really don't help either. Luckily she doesn't mind about her looks, she's been around long enough to know they don't matter so much

His art makes him look pretty average, but after one time when I tried to make him in Sims 3 and he came out absolutely hideous it became a running joke. Probably kind of ugly by "regular people" standards, like if he was a guy you met in real life you'd probably find him rather goofy looking.
The best part is that in most of his storylines and rps he has some sort of invisibility powers, and everyone jokes "it's for the better."

She looks like part of her face and torso peeled off. That is not the case, she just has patches of transparent skin. It's as gross to behold in motion as you'd expect.
She's also a member of an apocalypse cult, so. That's fun. (i love her)
Paeton here not only has a nasty scar, buuut they have argyria! They're supposed to look real strange and something offputting because of it... But, whoops, they ended up kinda hot anyway
I'd say Griffin.
He's a shapeshifter but his whole species is obsessed with being "the most beautiful" so they shapeshift into royalty or otherwise.
Griffin here though escaped the heavy mind control that exists in his species, and is in hiding.
So he found the ugliest bum and took his appearence. So yes he's ugly.. on purpose.
