What idle animations would your OCs have?

            Being a famous workaholic in my plot, his animations likely start with his posture getting more restless as time passes (tapping his foot, later with annoyed speechbubble pops up). At one point he'll just pull up his laptop and continues working so not to waste time.

Malka would pull a mirror out of his pocket and examine his face with a cheeky smile.

And another idle animation would be him noticing dirt on his clothes and hastily brushing it off 

He'd also excitedly bounce on the heels of his feet a lot. 

Ooh, what an interesting post idea!

WORK:

Harlan would def have a default standing position, with his arms behind his back, hands clasping each other, and maybe standing on his toes before dropping down again.

After 30 seconds or so of defaults, he'd probably get out a clipboard and start scribbling on it, looking down at it. After another 30 seconds, he'd put the clipboard away and start twirling a pencil // pen in his hand.

HOME:

Unlocks after befriending Harlan :O

He's standing, his knees bent a tad with a slouch, his arms at the ready, as if he's anticipating something.

30 seconds he's pretending to play a guitar with his fingers, headbanging to nothing in particular. After another 30 seconds, he starts to bend down for a few seconds, before leaning back fairly far, staying for a second before returning to his bent position, then back to his default.

Kaine's would be constantly looking about, seeing if anyone is watching or around then he'd play with some magic in his hands. 

Or he'd summon a little undead animal that'd play around and entertain him while he waits.

And then maybe he'd just tap his foot while his staff hovers next to him.

I'm pretty sure this douchebag's idle animation would be him rocking on the balls of his feet with a super bored expression - then, if he notices the player looking at him, he'd smirk and stick his tongue out at them. Because he's just immature like that. :D

in order of appearance:

1. looks around

2. sits down

3. sees a bug and picks it up

4. another bug flies to her and lands on her head

this is funny bc ryn is virtually incapable of keeping still & kind of stands like he's doing a fighting game idle animation irl anyway zhzhzh

• stand with one hand on hip or in pocket
• jiggle around a bit like he's listening 2 a jam
• drum fingers on thigh
• shift weight from leg to leg
  
• tap foot
• fix hair
• stretch his shoulders/neck trying & failing to get comfy
• looking around like he's super bored
  
• all of the above at the same time

Ina would be carrying her axe over her shoulder, drop the bladed end down for relief, and then put it back over again.

hed quietly practice freestyling to himself, which youd be able to tell by how he moves his arms/hands :D

he’d probably flip through his notebook, fiddle with his cuffs and push hair out of his eyes! he also just kinda, gently sways when he stands still lol

shoko would stand with their arms crossed while flicking their tail around. if you wait long enough they will start watching birds, sometimes making those little "purrp" sounds (the ones that cats make).
