1. Nardeae Owls are a Closed Species, so please do not make your own without a MYO slot or explicit permission!
2. ohdeerymeee does not claim to own zombie owls, plant themed owls, or a combination of them, and does not care if someone makes a character with those ideas. Just don't trace any art found within the Nardeae Owl species, directly copy an existing character or use the name Nardeae Owls.
3. A Nardeae Owl is not considered canon unless it has an entry on the Masterlist.
4. It is a buyer's job to make sure a character is on the Masterlist, and the username of the seller matches the listed owner. We are not responsible for scams.
5. Masterlist Entries have resell tags, Any; to resell at any price, and Collective; to resell for the collective price of any commissions + whatever the owner paid for the character in the first place. Please stay within these terms when reselling.
- Raffle Adopts and MYOS are always Collective
- Founder and Guest Artist Adopts might be either one
6. Owners are the only ones allowed to trade/sell/gift or otherwise transfer their characters, and are not allowed to ask friends to do it.
7. Owners do not have to be a part of the Deviantart group, or the Toyhouse world, once we get it up, to own an owl, but they will not be able to participate in events without joining at least one of them. Monthly Raffles are an exception, anyone can have tickets there.
8. Owners cannot use Nardeae Owls for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
9. Owners do not have to create tracker journals for their owls, but they can if they want.
10. Bannable Offences:
- Reselling a MYO slot or Trait Voucher for any currency*
- Repeatedly being racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.
- Repeatedly harassing other people, regardless of reason
- Multi-accounting; having both a TH and a DA does not count as multi-accounting
- Tracing or Art Theft
- Scamming someone
All of these offences need hard proof.
*This may change if people want a cash shop for MYOs/Vouchers
If someone gets banned, and they have a canon Owl, the Owl will not be reclaimed, but the Masterlist Entry will have a note that says the user has been banned + the reason. Do not harass banned people for any reason.
