This forum is intended to be used to expand upon our fictional village. If your character runs a business or lives with others, please use this board to establish that location.
Step for adding a new location:
- Create a board and make the title the name of the location. In parenthesis, please indicate the kind of location it is. Ex.: "Angel's Inn (Housing/Business)" or "Sweet Tooth (Restaurant)"
- You may also add keywords such as "Looking for Roomies" or "Hiring" to indicate that you would like other characters to be involved.
- In the first post, please detail what kind of location it is. Describe it, supply pictures, etc.
- If it is a housing location, please list current occupants and the number of vacancies.
- If it is a business location, please explain what it does and if it is hiring or not.
- Profit! Wait for replies. The goal is for many people to contribute and expand upon the locations, making them truly belong to the village.
Ways to Contribute:
- Business partners! Partner two businesses. Maybe you're the farmer who supplies the restaurant ingredients, or the alchemist supplying medicines.
- Frequent patrons. If you think your character would visit often, make a note. It's a great way to get relationships built.
- Occupant of a housing building. Since this is the apocalypse, there aren't many places to stay. It's easy to expect people to group up in protective family units.
- Damaging or Repairing a property. If your character just set fire to half the town, let the businesses know. They may want to use that fact, or they may choose to ignore it.
