heyo, i've seen 'steal an oc from the person above' but, i've never seen any involving dream designs!
rules are simple:

> of course you can say you didn't see any dream designs from the above person as well!

need help understanding what "dream design" means in the forum?
either a character the person above you has that you've been eyeing for awhile
a character you'd just LOVE to have
or just a general design,aesthetic, etc. you adore about one or more characters!

I don't see any! But I really like your characters, especially Rei (her color palette is just so gorgeous) and Tula (the details on her clothes are so amazing )! All of them are so beautiful!
