14/11 update - Rule update
From this point on, it's required that your post adheres to at least ONE (doesn't need to be all of them) of the following qualities
Note you are allowed to do more than these, but these are the minimum requirements.
If none of the above qualities are met, I'll issue a warning and a chance to edit your post to follow this new rule, and repeat offenders or people who won't edit their post to follow the rule will be banned from this game. This rule has been put in place to ensure everyone gets a response that is enjoyable to read. I'd also like to ask everyone to please read what the above person asks for, for example when giving a folder of characters to choose from or requesting to also read their profiles instead of just looking at the images.
Everybody loves getting favourites, so why not make a game where faves are guaranteed and people can compliment your OCs?
The game is easy to play!
▶︎ Post a comment claiming the person above you.
▶︎ Go to their gallery and choose a character you like most.
▶︎ Add that character to your favourites.
▶︎ Edit your comment to explain why you chose that character to fave. Your reasons can be anything, whether it's that you like their design, you read their story and think it's original, because you share the same name with the character, or something entirely different. Keep it nice!
Please also follow these rules to make sure the game stays fun for everyone!
❖ Don't be rude, insult people's characters, or make inappropriate comments. "I like Jef because I didn't think it was possible to be so ugly" comments are not a good reason to fave and will result in an instant block from this and my other threads.
❖ Actually fave the character! Don't only say what you like. Remember that this is a fave game primarily!
❖ Try to go into detail with your explanation. "The way his dress compliments his skin tone works so well and the texture of his hair is too gorgeous" is more fun to receive than "I like his design"!
❖ If there are any disputes that need my input as the thread owner, please PM me at my main, ElithianFox. I'll answer much faster on there than on here!

I faved Lucien! I like his panda hats and I think his silly and kinda childish personality is adorable! I like that he's not the stereotypical spoiled child and that he isn't satisfied by the way his parents gave him everything he wanted! I love that boi! :3
For the person below: most of my chars don't have a bio yet, and you don't have to pick someone who has one!
I faved Nemesis because wow I just loved his design as soon as I saw him!! I'm always a sucker for "mostly" human ocs, and idk whether Nemesis is a demon or just magical or whatever, but I dig it. I especially love his glowing white horns and tail!! and his white markings look really unique and cool :0 !! The blue/black/white color scheme on him just looks fantastic in general tbh. Also his hairstyle is just really cute, I always love fluffy/messy haired characters. The eye necklace is a nice detail as well, makes me wonder what the story is behind it or whether it has a special properties.

I faved Rahas! First off, I fell in love with her design and colors as soon as I saw her! Her dragon form looks intimidating, especially her multiple eyes, and fits the description of a well-known mythical being protecting something unknown in the kingdom, as well as a cursed being. I also like how her humanoid form sometimes has the same eyes as her dragon form (I saw that in one of her art pieces, super cool :D). The bright yellow runes on her body in her dragon form are also very striking! I also find her backstory pretty tragic, with her being cursed for a reason she doesn't know, and the fact that she recalls what it was like to feel whole and without the burden of a curse makes it even more grim. Her quiet and curious demeanor is quite nice; I'm a sucker for cursed characters who are otherwise gentle and kind!

His antennae caught my eyes first and I just LOVE moths so how could I not?
Albeit I don't really know what a Weremoth is, I like the sound of it (and hope to find out something about it in the future if you consider expanding his bio :D)
I really like his color-scheme and somehow I get the overwhelming feeling that I want to give him a hug lmao

A lot of you're kiddos are absolutely stunning, but I'd have to say myrkarbaro is my favorite! Design-wise he's unique and he uses one of my favorite color schemes, plus I'm a sucker for characters with darker themes to them. He's complex in all the right ways, and I'd give my right arm for a weapon as cool as his LOL.
Just as a side note, weilan falena also really caught my eye, but since they're a WIP character I decided not to choose them. uwu <3
I faved Cynic because 1. He's absolutely gorgeous, 2. I love his story and how he now helps those who are shipwrecked, and 3. This stunning art oof
I faved Peachy Keen! He is such an adorable lil monster ≧◡≦ I love his soft color palette and this lil sprout on his head, it makes him even cuter! <3333 I can't wait to know more about him! <3

I faved Taylor Made. I think he seems like a pretty cool concept, and I would like to know more about his time with the five tailors and their relationship; how they all found him and took him in and the like. I really love how fitting his name is; was he named that by the tailors or was it from before then? I...also love the business motto lol, and the one gif in his gallery is so cute to me xD
Kirbygal I favorited Archer Driscoll! Their character seems very well developed and although their backstory wasn't finished, I had a lot of fun reading about his story! The father-son relationship was very sweet, and Archer has a lot of really great artwork as well!! His design is simple but memorable and I really like that a lot in characters ^__^
I went with Walter! I have a soft spot for shy, more timid characters, and from his icon that's exactly what radiated off him. I love me some medical themed characters and it was enjoyable reading that he's a doctor's assistant. Also, those colours? Marvellous, absolutely magnificent. Well balanced out darker browns are so gorgeous, and they suit him well. Plus, that first piece of art in his gallery is really gorgeous!

I went with Nunchucks.
I love harpies and tbh? I love Nunchucks colors. They work well together and look pleasing to the eyes. It's interesting that he can't fly (or well, really really bad) and thus opts for gliding and other ways of maneuvering. I think this is interesting in the context of him fending of intruders. Does he swoop down and use his claws to attack?
Also a messy hoarder :'> I am sure his home looks delightful
(Also, can I just say that I enjoy how your style is such an organic blend between round and angular?)

edit: i went with copernia!!!! her design really spoke to me?? like i love the red hair with the more neutral colors and blue of the outfit!!! plus her hair is so pretty and curly when it's not in a braid!! but it looks great in the braid too!! it looks really nice going over her shoulder! I also really love her outfit itself? Like the way the neckline thingy looks is really cool!! i like how the fabric is kinda bunched together?? (not quite how to phrase it but idr the term for it kdsljfsd) im also a huge sucker for witch characters. (and that little detail about the centipedes is a nice little touch haha)
