Probably has become recently prone to inspecting every corner of a place he'd regard as shelter, in fear of something jumping out. Also, probably double-checks things like appliances and locks.

he feels like he fills his schedule with chores and errands constantly to avoid thinking about his past. this man's house is CLEAN and you can pretty much guarantee that he'll drop everything to help you, but it's just so he can avoid his mind
Rags tips me at the type of guy to be heard from the other side of the room when talking. Basically no inside voice occasionally. Especially when talking about hunting.

Since she cant speak, probably if she is angry at someone specific, she'll just turn off her tablet just as a way of showing that person that she's ignoring them LOL
Maybe something like, repeated finger tapping upon a surface? Maybe when she's bored, which would happen alot.
I feel like he'd have a bad habit of spacing out during conversations or instructions and maybe interrupt people by mistake or he probably has a hard time controlling the volume of his voice
