judging by her dislikes and her backstory, i feel like roxie has a fear of tornados and other natural disasters. she might have an irrational fear of hurricanes or tsunamis.
Going off the backstory and personality, I feel like he's so afraid of being alone that he masks his smart self with his childish personality. I also think he's the kind that's authentically terrified of not being able to help.

As far as superficial phobias go, I might guess at fire. He is a scarecrow, after all. For deeper fears, probably abandonment and betrayal of trust. Being alone. Paradoxically also fears getting too attached to someone, in the chance they might abandon him, leave, or die.

i would say he fears becoming too close to anyone because he's all too aware of the pain of mourning (ie: Mnemosyne). he seems like he would push people away, distance himself, and have trouble making bonds. he hides in partying and drugs to bury that exaggerated sentimentality he displays, and still be seen as a tough mob boss sort of guy. i'm going out on a limb here, and thinking that maybe he fears going a little too far in partying, and accidentally spilling out everything to a complete stranger ?? idk just a maaayyybee
Honestly I'd say forgetting how to play a part on stage. It would probably make him realise there's a huge audience in front of him and make him freeze up.
Perhaps she fears falling asleep on the job - only for it to backfire, leading to her capture? Ninjas can't be effective when they're caught in the act...
he's afraid of gunshots and similar loud noises because they remind him of a certain incident. i feel that he also fears abandonment, but on a less extreme level, and that he has come to accept it over time.
Because Kanen grew up as an orphan, she is afraid to be alone again. Losing all her loved ones would tear her heart apart. She shows her fear to nobody and plays the strong person.
