Sorry, I'm not very good at writing a lot in games like this but I'll give it my best!
The first thing I noticed were the folders. Fantasy, modern, even CS, there's a large variety I can see and it gives me a little peek into what kind of writer you are: an adaptable one that's not short on ideas. I also noticed that they all have your art for icons, it makes them match. Another thing about them is that the eyes always stand out (except for 24S a;slkdf). The eyes, combined with the frowns (I think a couple had a small smile, but there's never a widely happy expression I've seen on the icons) shows that there's more to the character as is. So it's like I get my first impression, I see a dynamic pose I see a little bit of what the character is like, but I see how their eyes are bright compared to the colors, and how they all have this kind of tell that there's more depth to them then what a glimpse can provide.
For the characters themselves, there is a LOT of information on the majority of them, and even then, when I see a blank profile I'm more than sure you already have ideas for them, whether it's on a document you need to transfer or just need the time to write out. The impression your characters give me is that you're a writer, definitely, and there are books that you want to make. Whenever I read a profile's background and personality I feel like I'm reading a book-- and that's not a bad thing at all! I mean how it's constructed and voiced, and how it explains everything about the characters as well as their thoughts during those times and emotions. It tells me that you love your characters and think of so many things about them, and that you're not afraid of exploring deep topics like war or death, and exploring the different effects it can have on people. I feel like any character you pick up is put in good hands!
