What superpowers would the OC above have?

Perhaps the ability to manipulate machines (magically of course)? I'm kind of getting that vibe since he used to be an engineer; ok this isn't a superpower per se but maybe he has higher persuasion skills than normal seeing that he's not in the right time period and yet nobody suspects a thing. Not sure why, but maybeee the ability to read others' emotions, even if they're hidden??? I know it kind of comes out of left field oof

I think Ruse would also have the power to manipulate how people see the world along with their power to create perfect illusions? I also have the feeling that they'd also have the ability to not have any "tells"/signs that they're lying to the point where only people who can detect lies can tell that they lie; conversely, I feel like they could have the ability to detect when others are lying.

Looking at Kiril I just started to think of music-based magic- I'm not sure how much music influences him (I see that he's in a band but IDK if that's a primary thing for him!), but what immediately came to mind was music-influencing magic. Specifically, the ability to influence others when they create magic- whether that's influencing the emotions of others (E.G. making those who listen feel their happiness / passion) or influencing the thoughts (E.G. making others have a more open mind to whatever social issue Kiril may have in mind).

A catch I'd put in place is that it isn't like total mind control- it's just a subtle influence. It can push someone in a certain direction, but it can't completely control them. It's more like... the ability to make someone consider a new point of view, but not the ability to force them to accept it.

I have no idea if that actually fits their character, but it's what came to mind^^;

I think that he would be able to locate spirits.  He wouldn't be able to talk to them or anything but just be able to know where they are.  So he could tell if a place his haunted and if the sprits are aggressive or not.
