I'll start

Kyle sighs, his stomach is grumbling loudly and his mouth is getting moody. He's been working all day with no breaks. "I'm exhausted and I just want to eat everything." His mouth agrees, even though all its been doing is yelling at Kyle.

Calim (I'm doing this before going to school so I'll be back after school)

"Wow, you must have a lot of fun today there little nina. All the foods you're talking is making me hungry hehe, if you mind, can you share the recipe for me? I wanna share it with everyone about how delicious your waffles is. I'm doing great and fine I guess. Just finished washing the dishes"

"So I was visiting my buddy after the party and he looks kinda...down. I make some burgers and fries for him to cheer him up but he didn't wanted it and say thanks for the party. I left it at the table and trying to think how do I cheer him up because I can heard him crying far away from him, in the attic. How do I calm him?"

Melantha Alkaev Vapor

Melantha crossed her arms, miffed. Her first thought was to call said friend a choice word, but she corralled her thoughts into something more... okay, it wasn't proper, but it wasn't as, ah, outright.. "I wouldn't know what your friend likes." she spoke frankly, "I'm not even sure why he's crying... is it because of the party? Because of the food you gave him? ..I hope not. That just sounds ungrateful to me."

"But, how was your day? Surely your friend whining doesn't have to impede on everything else you had or have going on." she added, "If you're looking for advice, though, then just tell him to suck it up and eat his gourmet grease."

"It's my birthday today." said Melantha, "I haven't gotten to celebrate, my father and brother have been busy. Just thankfully my lord father hasn't been snooping, because I went hunting. Didn't find anything, not yet, so maybe I'll set up a camp somewhere hidden, so he won't find me 'til dawn. Maybe even I'll go to the market. There's some wine I like for sale, last I checked. I'll just use his money."

Samaël Raffaëlle (Modern) EclipsedShadowK

"Oh, joyeux anniversaire ! Le vin rouge n'est bon pour le cœur qu'avec modération. Je ne bois pas d'alcool parce que cela pourrait nuire à mes études, en particulier dans le cadre de mon internat actuel. Vous devriez vous offrir autre chose que du vin, il y a de la nourriture fraîche dans le jardin de l'endroit où je loge, si vous le souhaitez."
[Oh, happy birthday! Red wine can be good for the heart only in moderation. I don't drink alcohol because it could impede with my studies, especially with my current residency. You should treat yourself something aside from just wine, there's fresh food in the garden at the place I'm staying at, if you like.]

CW: Mentions of blood, medical and gross stuff

"Journée ennuyeuse. À part le fait de recevoir à nouveau du sang dans l'œil et de devoir aider une mère à accoucher d'un enfant, bien que je ne sois pas gynécologue-obstétricien, il n'y a rien eu de nouveau. Le médecin m'a posé des questions pendant l'opération, comme d'habitude. L'anesthésiste a été éclaboussée par le contenu de l'estomac de quelqu'un ce soir."
[Boring day. Aside from getting blood squirted into my eye again and having to assist a mother birthing a child, despite not being in OBGYN, there was nothing new. Doctor quizzing me during surgery as usual. The anaesthesiologist got someone's stomach contents splattered on her this evening.]

Kioku Kyuurei Kvroii

"Wow, that sounds like quite the eventful day. You must have such busy days, in that case. How do you do it? I think if I got blood in my eye at a job, I'd probably take a long break." Kioku smiles and gives a half-hearted laugh, painfully aware that an accidental slip of negativity was the last thing she should have let slip out after hearing such an account. "I didn't think surgeries were the right place for quizzes, so I guess I learned something from you today, huh? I'm just glad you weren't the one with the stomach contents all over you. Then again, the only time I saw an anesthesiologist covered in that stuff, it was on a date with one after work and he got too drunk, so maybe someone else's guts are preferable. I'm almost curious now, what do you consider a day that isn't boring?"

"Hey, can I tell you something? I'm getting ready for a date tonight. I used to think dating was such a hassle, but it's almost fun, you know? Okay, maybe not the makeup, or the flashy clothes, but it's something to do. Anyway, I just finished curling my hair." Kioku pulls her hair over her shoulder and brushes through it with her fingers. "It took an hour. Sometimes I consider cutting my hair, but if I'm staying home I don't actually take the time to style it, so it's only troublesome when I'm going out. Er, did I say troublesome? I mean, no effort is too much to win someone's heart... right?"

vvv AAAA I LOVE THIS!!! THANK YOU!!!

 Sonia confusedthing

Kvroii helo

"Of course!" Sonia nodded politely, intently listening to Kioku's words. It had been a while since she went on any dates, but she remembered the hassle. As fun as it was, of course. Seeing Kioku's seemingly endless long hair had her in awe for a moment, it was so healthy and shiny, she was half tempted to ask for her hair care routine- "Oh, no, I mean, I totally get you. It's fun but it's also really... a lot. With getting ready and sometimes uncomfortable clothes and all..." Sonia smiled, "You look beautiful though, I'm sure the person you're seeing will be in awe, heh." She didn't quite know what to make of some comments, buuut she was just rolling with it. "I'm sure you'd win their heart either way though, whether you decide to cut it or not. And I'm sure you'd look just as stunning with shorter hair!"

"Hoooo boi, that was a day." Sonia sighed, leaning forward and hiding her face in her arms that were crossed on the table. "I could use a week long nap or something, heh. First they had me come in way too early because someone forgot their key to the storage room, then we had a child running around without their parents nearly smearing the walls with their chocolaty fingers, then we had to call out for the parents who then were mad at us for taking their child to the counter after it was running around unsupervised for more than 15 minutes - of course someone kept an eye on the kid - but like- aren't they worried something could happen to their hellspawn???" Now she looked guilty, "I'm sorry, that was harsh. I'm just not over being yelled at by some angry mom because she couldn't be bothered to watch her child."

Lorelay Anemic

For such a lovely girl be so weary was a great injustice, and Lorelay listened to her silently. With each unreasonable interaction listed, their worried frown gradually turned into a scowl, and by the end of it, their eye glowed with indignance. “Don’t feel ashamed for being upset.” Despite their dark expression, their voice was gentle. “You had to deal with quite a lot today, and all because of the entitlement and inconsideration of others.” Slowly, they reached out a hand with the intention of stroking Sonia’s back soothingly. “I am very sorry it happened to you, it must have been hard. For you to keep your composure through all that, I really admire you.”  Their features relaxed into a smile. “Your day might have been unpleasant so far, but it isn’t over yet. I won’t tax you anymore, so how about we sit down with some hot beverages and listen to some music together? And maybe afterwards, I could read this novel I found to you, I think you’ll really like it—it’s about a girl and her ghostly friends.”

“My day has been… regrettably uneventful. My crewmate’s chair snapped, so I used magic to repair it, and that was the most exciting thing that happened so far.” Lorelay fanned themselves lazily, golden gaze fixated on nothing in particular. “Of course, it is something I should be used to—after all, I spent the last few centuries doing nothing and interacting with no one.” A sigh that was frustrated and not bored, their expression a little more conflicted than it was before, these were the signs that they weren’t nearly as casual as they seemed. “So why is it that I feel so restless and…” Lonely, they wanted to say, but that would be admitting a weakness, so they continued speaking as if nothing happened. “With all the people pestering me lately, I should be glad to be left alone for a bit.” But they weren’t. “And yet you showed up. Well, no matter, you are here now, so at least the ending of my day isn’t as much of a waste as the rest of it was.” A mischievous smile smile appeared on their face. It seemed they weren't unhappy with their visitor's presence after all?

(v That was beautiful, thank you!)

Nayru EternalNyx

Nayru smiled in return, setting the teacups, accoutrements, and the kettle down. "I'm sorry that nothing of importance happened today, I know exactly how that feels..." He made sure everything was orderly and organized, after all, he was talking to someone of high renown: The Dread Siren. The dusky sun began to cross the horizon line beyond the waves, as the water gently rocked the ship. The candle's light filled the room in a warm, orange hue. "I'd also like to apologize on behalf of the Alladax Embassy for me being late today. It's not often you get to visit a ghost pirate, much less be on a ghost ship, and my late departure really doesn't match the excitement I have to speak with you... I do hope the tea will suffice, and if not, I do have some wine onboard my vessel back on the beach if you'd prefer that instead." He sat back onto the wooden chair as it creaked with age, but held in place. Everything about his stature loosened as he relaxed to a more casual state of mind, grinning. "Either way, I would be glad to learn about you, and engage in your customs while I'm here. Do you dance at all?"

He leaned over the coffee table as the movie continued on the CD-player linked to the panoramic television. Between Nayru and the guest sat a few crosswords and sudoku books; on a coaster sat the coffee he had given to his guest.
"Well, today was fine, but the last week has been rough." Nayru sighed. "We visited a ramshackle space colony out beyond the Voltaic Nebula right by Outpost November. It was something my friend Kaz asked me to go investigate, and on the request of the A.E.F. to do the very same thing, I couldn't really say no. Nox, who is my companion and combat medic, went with me, and let me tell you, those colonists had no sense of hospitality! They shot at us with improvised emplacements, dinged up the hull really bad, scratched up the paint..."
He showed the guest the splotch of shortened feathers on his head that he had been covering with an icepack.
"We got it taken care of, but on the way out, I hit my head on the center console. Warp whiplash sent my head right into it. Didn't damage the console, but I hurt my head pretty bad." He took a breath through his teeth. "I've been on sick leave the past few days, haven't really been feeling too good until today..."
He set the icepack back on his head, and leaned back.
"But that's just me. How was your day? Anything cool happen?"
