(Woodwives are a closed, magical AU setting with an broad canon and several types of magic, and rp events, with information at Woodwives on Deviantart
At the moment we have two members of an canonical circus made almost entirely of 'Woodwife' magical characters and their familiars, though there's no obligation to keep the characters with that setting if you want to take them in different directions.
Up for grabs at the moment are the Knife Thrower and her Assistant, who come with a package deal if people decide to buy them together and play them together or introduce a friend!
We recently wrapped up an slightly scary October arc that introduced some new monsters and threats, and also rewarded its participants with magical items that are more powerful than ones that can be casually made by players. The setting involves fae and the Sight, and legends from around the world, but with as much respect as possible, and characters can loose or be purchased with less humanity thanks to being physically altered by fae beings... which comes at a price for the powers it also gives.
