Terms of Service

1. Purchasing
   1. For Paypal payments, please wait to pay until I send you an invoice!
   2. I will not give out your name/Paypal address to anyone.
   3. You must send the full payment before I give you the reference and anything that comes with the adopt.
2. You may:
   1. Change the gender, unless stated otherwise.
   2. Change the color palette, unless stated otherwise.
   3. Modify the design slightly.
   4. Re-upload the reference with proper credit.
   5. Trade it. Please notify me if you do this.
   6. Re-sell it for what you paid or less. Please notify me if you do this.
   7. Request the adopt to be put on hold. I will hold it for two weeks at most.
   8. Request that I extend the time given for making a payment. I am very lenient, so I will usually allow extensions.
   9. Disregard species information/lore for my original species.
3. You may not:
   1. Trace them.
   2. Claim the original design as your own work.
   3. Copy/reference my designs for your own characters.
   4. Retract a bid without good reason. [Even not having money is good enough reason for me, so no worries.]
   5. Use these for commercial use. These are personal use characters.
4. Notes
   1. Credit me at least once for the design.
   2. Make your payment within 48 hours of winning the adopt.
   3. If you do not pay within 48 hours, it will (Auction) go to the next highest bidder or (Set Price) be re-opened for sale.
   4. Once you have received the adopt, you are free to do what you want with it, as long as it is within the terms.

Order Form (Custom Adopt)

Type | Chibi, Half-Body, or Full-Body Adopt

Species | The species you want the adopt to be. This includes if it is a species from another artist (ONLY if they allow you to commission others for custom designs via custom vouchers, etc.) If you order a custom of another artist's species, please include proof that you are allowed to do so! Also, please include any Species information that might be needed, i.e. Vonra element/weapon types, Glaselia day/night type, etc.

Palette | Please specify what the hair/eyes/skin/clothes/etc. are. Code or images work fine! You can also use this if you're unsure: https://htmlcolorcodes.com/

Gender & Body Type | Male, female, transgender, genderfluid, etc. Can also use words like masculine, feminine, androgynous, etc. Include body type here, i.e. pear shape, tall/muscular, short/petite, etc.

Design | Hair, face, clothes, etc. Any major details you would like me to incorporate.

Personality | Mostly for the expression/pose. You can also just suggest an expression/pose if you don't have the personality thought out yet.

Extra | Accessories and anything extra or minor.
