PSA/CODE GIVERS BEWARE: O3O3neet-hime;Yeet-Hime

Posted 4 years, 11 months ago by Azrael

Aight, so I haven't made a PSA in a really long time. That being said, if I messed something up on the formatting or forgot to include something, just lemme know and I'll patch it up. I have also made sure to have the following images of proof to be large, so disabled users will (hopefully) have a easier time reading the evidence.

Disclaimer: Do not harass or stalk this person in any way, shape, or form. This PSA is simply meant to let people know to not give this person a code, at all.

Who: O3Oneet-hime also known as Yeet-Hime.

Where: Tumblr.com

Issue(s): Lying about their age (minor pretending to be an adult), and trying to ban evade.

This morning, while I was going about my regular feed, I happened to have a post pop up in my suggestions feed. Specifically this one in the middle. (I have given out toyhouse codes before in the past, so that's why this popped up as a suggested post.)

This person actively admits that they've actively lied about their age, and despite being banned, are trying to get back in anyways. Here you can see their stated age, fifteen.

In the following screen capture, they actively admit to not reading the site Terms of Service, and do not care for respecting site rules at all. In order to access the adult parts of the site, you must be eighteen or older, no ifs, and(s), or buts! (The black out part is just another tumblr user on there, I don't want to show off their name or icon so they can stay out of this if they want to.)

As you can see, this presents a legality danger to us, because if there's a kid in the adult games of toyhouse, or in adult topics in general, that puts us legal adults at risk. We could be taken to federal court if that happened, and spend time in the big house, depending on the country. There's also the issue of trying to avoid a site ban. Once you're banned from the site, there's no coming back.

So again, with all of the evidence above, please do not, any under circumstance, give this person a site access code.

Thank you for your time, and please spread this PSA if possible, thank you.

have you submitted this to the admins for the IP ban they issue once you're banned for good? would definitely help even if they did get a code

Actually no, I haven’t, that’s a good idea! I’ll make sure to message the site staff once I’m able to do so. :)

Any update on messaging staff? It’ll be a big yikes if they come back and aren’t ip banned

I have contacted staff, and they've currently been ip banned, so if they come back they'll be banned immediately again.

At this point I'm just keeping this psa up so people know not to give them a code if they use a vpn or anything like that in the future.

Lilina

To be fair, IP bans are easily avoidable because people can change their IP as they please, but if you create an account with a new IP after your previous IP ban, then does that count as ban evading? Because I'm quite concerned that they would still join TH with a new IP after being banned before if they did get a code without using VPN. I'm curious, so I'm not sure.

Historia

it does count as ban evading, because you are intentionally trying to access something that you no longer have permission for. (: just to answer your question

typically when there is enough evidence that it is the same person but diff IP, they can be reported and rebanned

Ohhh thank you. I was a bit concerned about this.
