It was suggested that there should perhaps be a general thread for PSAs which is a fine idea. A place that links to other PSAs and keep things organized.
You can link your threads/PSAs/etc, and I'll add them to the posts. :D
Please Note: I can only accept public PSAs. Anon PSAs are too much of a risk to accept, as they can be open to slander.
Things That Count for PSAs!
-Scams
-Illegally chargebacked (you did a commission, but person claims you never did, for instance)
-Being shifty on doing owed things (taking months on an icon for example, lack of contact or updates, etc)
-Tracing and profiting off of it...
-Etc...
Things That Don't Count!
-Someone has better art than you
-Rude behavior
-Subjective issues
-Dog ate your homework
Obviously, this is just the basic frame work. Each case is different. For instance, someone could go around harassing artists for art and customs, or for people to give up their adopts and whatnot, and that could almost certainly be considered for a PSA...
Of course, it would be great if no more PSAs occur, but in the case they do, I support people posting them because they keep the community safe and will link to them in this general thread. owo/

But it shouldn't happen in the first place. People should have more respect than that. It's all-around shitty and entitled behavior. However, it seems we will be arguing in circles over this matter, so I will be bowing out as it will get us nowhere and likely leave us frustrated as a result.
The PSA will stand until there is proof to disprove it or it is resolved, as it is this thread's job to log PSAs.
As there have been concerns raised about the dates and that email, I have updated my psa to include an email thread with dates & all but the last message blocked out, as that is the nasty message I referred to. I do not have access to the discord log where they asked for one design back [Apollo] as I have since been removed and I deleted the direct message as I expected HoneyKing to do the right thing when I provided proof that Alysthene/MidnightQueen had in fact been in contact with me about one design. There IS a date listed however, as the day changed while we were talking - you can see it say 'May 2' right in the middle of that one. The FA note from HoneyKing where I was offered a refund does show a date - May 7th. So there are dates included now. I hope that helps clear things up. I do want to stress that Almond and MidnightQueen are roommates - so contact with one can easily have a messaged passed to the other.
Added a new PSA concerning the TH user Heather, who has been making improper purchases - Claiming to buy adopts and resells, and then ultimately failing to do so in a majority of cases after keeping people waiting for days, as well as highly overpricing their own resells.
I'm writing a PSA right now on a user and so far the user has;
Homophobic, transphobic, suicide baiting, skipping out on commissions, switching accounts and ''losing the list'' while telling almost no one she's switching accounts, harassment of minors, etc.
Would only the scam part count? :\
Could Aquapyrofan's be removed? It doesn't seem to be fully based on the events that actually took place.

It looks as of recent that Heather has made another account on dA to try and bid on adopts. I believe she has already abandoned it. It also looks like she is going around accusing Hunibi that she was "bullied" when in fact she never once was acting in such a way towards her.

I know it's kind of old news but I felt these updates were important to mention because of them being so recent and how said person is portraying and acting, and I wish to not see another artist get tangled up into their mess ><
