If we were scammed for a miniscule amount of money that isn't really important to me but want to give people a heads up incase that would be more of an importance if it happened to them may I post it here?

It was suggested that there should perhaps be a general thread for PSAs which is a fine idea. A place that links to other PSAs and keep things organized.
You can link your threads/PSAs/etc, and I'll add them to the posts. :D
Please Note: I can only accept public PSAs. Anon PSAs are too much of a risk to accept, as they can be open to slander.
Things That Count for PSAs!
-Scams
-Illegally chargebacked (you did a commission, but person claims you never did, for instance)
-Being shifty on doing owed things (taking months on an icon for example, lack of contact or updates, etc)
-Tracing and profiting off of it...
-Etc...
Things That Don't Count!
-Someone has better art than you
-Rude behavior
-Subjective issues
-Dog ate your homework
Obviously, this is just the basic frame work. Each case is different. For instance, someone could go around harassing artists for art and customs, or for people to give up their adopts and whatnot, and that could almost certainly be considered for a PSA...
Of course, it would be great if no more PSAs occur, but in the case they do, I support people posting them because they keep the community safe and will link to them in this general thread. owo/

If you have been scammed, the amount doesn't matter, though it's true that the higher the amount, the more awful it is, I suppose. But yep! Please post here with the link and if it fits, I will be adding it to the active PSAs list. ^^ Sorry to hear you got scammed though. D:
I wanted to give an update to the Hatsumi situation- Hatsumi has not been active or in contact since early this year, but Paypal does appear to have returned the chargeback amounts (though not necessarily the chargeback fee) to myself and others involved.
Thank you for the information, I will ask the two if they feel their cases are resolved, then. :)
According to Waltz, it appears those that have suffered the chargebacks have had their money returned. However, it may be through Paypal's actions, or through Hatsumi's actions. In any case, do you consider the situation resolved? If so, I will move the PSA(s) to the resolved post. If not, they will remain active.

I believe paypal did it but theres an issue in my situation thats unique. I could explaim further in pms but for now I guess you could consider it resolved
