It was suggested that there should perhaps be a general thread for PSAs which is a fine idea. A place that links to other PSAs and keep things organized.
You can link your threads/PSAs/etc, and I'll add them to the posts. :D
Please Note: I can only accept public PSAs. Anon PSAs are too much of a risk to accept, as they can be open to slander.
Things That Count for PSAs!
-Scams
-Illegally chargebacked (you did a commission, but person claims you never did, for instance)
-Being shifty on doing owed things (taking months on an icon for example, lack of contact or updates, etc)
-Tracing and profiting off of it...
-Etc...
Things That Don't Count!
-Someone has better art than you
-Rude behavior
-Subjective issues
-Dog ate your homework
Obviously, this is just the basic frame work. Each case is different. For instance, someone could go around harassing artists for art and customs, or for people to give up their adopts and whatnot, and that could almost certainly be considered for a PSA...
Of course, it would be great if no more PSAs occur, but in the case they do, I support people posting them because they keep the community safe and will link to them in this general thread. owo/

SO I won a custom auction from an artist on DA (who also resides here on TH) who seemed to be more or less pretty trusted. I would check in once a month for the past 4 months. When they replied to my third one with "HEY LOVE! im doing a bit better! I am hopefully gonna get your kiddo donr soon within the next 3 days!," I was elated because I won the auction on Jan. 3rd and they answered that on March 21st. So I had basically been waiting 3 months already and I was irritated because they put up another custom auction without finishing mine first. The other person who won theirs was already done. I said nothing and assumed they thought they'd be able to handle that workload.
I waited until April 1st to send a follow-up reply to their 3 day promise (11 days later, almost 2 weeks) and all I sent was "?." I have gotten no reply and it has been 8 days. They've been online on TH consistantly but have given me no mind and have had horrible communication. I always had to go out of my way to check in on them and they always had an excuse. My custom was $36 and idk whether it's PSA worthy, if I should ask for a refund or stick it out? -_-
Edit: Artist has contacted me and we are attempting to sort this out. No further replies about this. Thank you!
Ressy Have you tried messaging them on their other platforms (if possible), or - assuming this is toyhouse or any forum really - commenting on their page or on one of their threads? If they have a commission thread you could post on, that would probably be the most relevant. (I think) It's too late for a chargeback now but I know people have mentioned getting in touch with their bank to force a refund! I hope that helps a bit ;v; I don't think you should forget about it - it's the principle of the matter imo.
@ Kell They haven't sent any WIP at all and they don't update their Trello.
@ Lotor That's probably what I'm gonna have to do and if they don't respond, just get it back.
I'll give you both a name. Maybe see their reaction to a new note before publically announcing them? I just don't wanna ruin their reputation before taking as much action as possible.
Kell, Lotor, SleepingThunder - oh god I'm so sorry it came to this?? My computer died so I was unable to check most of my messages as da mobile doesn't load my notes which is very strange. (Like if new ones are made since I logged in I can't see them)
I'm sorry for this misunderstanding and I really don't want my reputation completely destroyed...tho I understand how this all can seem fishy.

Artsy Hey just wanted to say that my comment here was made in an effort to ask for help in what I should do in the situation. It was also made before your note to me and before I had any knowledge that you posted any statuses. That's why I didn't write a PSA because I wanted to take as much effort as possible before doing anything so drastic. I'll reply to the message you sent me and continue things privately.
