[Tl;Dr: Minor accessing NSFW, constantly switching accounts and ban evading.]
This has been a topic of heavy discussion within the PSA thread, however it's been generally agreed upon at this point that a PSA is in order to bring a little more light to this situation and warn people about the behavior of this individual.
DO NOT. Harass this person, they are a child. They do not deserve to be attacked or cyberbullied, however this is meant to be a thread regarding their behavior and the situation at hand.
A couple of weeks ago, (of making this thread originally) it was brought to many people's attentions that the user known as "TheTraitorPaladin" or "ThePrincessPaladin" had been posting throughout NSFW forum games using their 15 year old oc.

Upon multiple users calling Paladin out, they had swiftly changed their muses age to 18, a seeming bare minimum to bypass the fact their oc is actually a minor.
While frustrating, I plus several other users resorted to simply blocking and warning Forum Game members and game owners.

However, the story goes quite a bit deeper.
It was found out that Paladin's claim to be 19 was completely false. And they are in fact, 13. (Potentially now 14? Regardless, very young.)

This is not only very troubling, but dangerous, as participating in NSFW content can put both parties in a lot of hot water for various reasons.

While they listed their age openly to be 13 on one of their new accounts, (PidgeWithAGunderson, now banned) it's been caught that they had still marked themself as an adult, as they were able to access and a mature characters profile and respond to them in a Forum Game.

At the time of their original banning, they had posted a (now deleted) youtube video admitting they were using the website in a way they shouldn't, however they claimed they never "Actively seeked out NSFW", and they were just "trolling."

I'm going to reiterate this is not a witch hunt. And never should be. However this has been a long going issue that has now gone down quite a rabbit hole. They are risking the safety of adults who are trying to spend time in ADULT ONLY spaces, and they are ignoring the consequences of their actions.
It has also come to many people's attention that someone may be harassing them by stealing their email-addresses and signing them up for NSFW websites? This is unacceptable, although there is no surefire proof on the validity of the claim, as they have not provided evidence to back this up.

I'm not really sure what to say other than I'm extremely disappointed in them despite them promising to not come back in their own PSA thread. :/ It's a bit upsetting this has gone on so long.

We've received yet *another* statement from paladin stating they would not be returning. If this holds any weight, who's to say. But they've acknowledged multiple times they do not belong here now.
Their account is currently still up, please continue to report it for ban evasion to get it closed down.

That's.. a very unfortunate response. <:/ I understand the upset but this was absolutely not meant to be malicious. This entire situation has been us trying to keep a minor out of adult spaces. I have never held ill-will towards them, I am simply speaking as a worried adult who doesn't want them or others getting hurt. This has been purely a PSA out of concern for multiple parties.
Also, as a note, I did not make an attempt to hide this thread, at all. If they want to speak their piece on the matter Paladin is absolutely free to!
I thought the only issue they had was someone calling them out for being a minor with a kofi when they tried opening commissions earlier in the day. Didn't know there was all this going on as well.
Honestly with their second account being closed down, I hope that they take the advice and wipe their digital trail and lay low for awhile. Learn from their mistakes. Acknowledging 'drama' (or in their case trying to put up a mask of "It doesn't hurt me", but in reality with how defensive they are typing I'd say that's false) and feeding the fire so to speak will always land you in hotter water than what you started in.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't making a new account while you're banned/frozen against the site rules anyway? Considering they were initially banned until 2024, they shouldn't be making any new accounts in the first place - laying low or not.
Oh my gosh this is troubling. I'm hoping that their 15 year old character in nsfw forums was because they themselves are young and naive (still all kinds of gross) but it's super troubling that their going into +18 forums at all. I really hope no one goes and attacks them through, being so young and all. I'm sure no one here would.
This is an all around bad situation. I got a (sfw) headcannon in a thread on their pidgewithagunderson account and when I talked to them to thank them, they were so nice. I'm not sure knowing what they did in the past I want to keep in on my character's page.

Back when I was 13 there really was no such thing as "adult only spaces" within the art and fandom communities. And looking back at it I personally WISH someone had told me no and tried to keep me away from groups like that. I'd personally been subject to creeps and pedophiles who only saw me as something to manipulate :( And it's something that sticks with you.
I'm sorry they're so hurt about this, but this has been an endeavor about safety :( and not about wanting to hurt people. I hope they eventually understand that we're just trying to protect them (and others).
To add on to what hellbent and vessine said for any minors reading.
If you interact with an adult from the united states in an adult manner like NSFW RP or get NSFW content from them. And they get caught. It can flat out RUIN their lives. Depending on the state; I'm talking potentially jail time, fines, and being added to a sex offender registry, which is almost always permanent. In my state, if you're on the list you cannot have your kids alone with you. Yeah. If you get someone here on that list you can destroy their family. Often they don't look at intent either, if the action happened you're guilty.
It affects your ability to get and keep a job. Higher education. When you move all the neighbors get told there's a sex offender moving in and it's not that hard to figure out who when you see the moving trucks. If you're a single parent CPS may take your kid(s). Community safety zone of any kind? Can't be within 500 feet of it. Where you can live is Extremely restricted now. Nobody under 18 can ever legally be alone with you.
If they refuse to register? 10 years. In jail.
Again these are often life ruining consequences and would be placed upon unknowing or otherwise innocent people. Please wait until you're 18 guys.
posting this because everyone keeps saying "big trouble for the adult" but many minors may not look it up or know so I felt a list of some of the actual consequences for the adult may help with understanding the gravity of their actions.
I know you've been reading these Paladin and I hope you understand that you put several people at serious serious risk. Nobody hates you, but yes we are kind of mad and more importantly we were scared. It's scary to have that prospect of one person's actions potentially being able to ruin huge parts of your life. The way you're reacting to our fear is really callous and it shows you don't seem to understand just how serious what you did is. You've been acting very selfish about this and don't seem to acknowledge the damage you can do with this behavior. This isn't to put you in internet jail, it's protecting adults from being put in ACTUAL JAIL. You can wait 5 years. If an adult gets reported with you now they get on a list FOREVER. Have some perspective please, if you can't you probably shouldn't be in online spaces where you can put other people at risk in all honesty. Being nice or seeming nice has Nothing to do with it. This is a LEGAL matter.
